young thug... Barter 6 out.

but the drought is over pt 4 was flames tho...

Them wasn't official tapes, that's **** that got leaked by hackers like them Empire dudes but yeah that was [emoji]128293[/emoji][emoji]128293[/emoji]

I'm not hating on the drought 3, it was straight and had some bangers...That's just when I knew he had run out of **** to say, everything was like, like, like, like...just all metaphors. Like he wasn't really talking that talk, just putting together a bunch of punch lines and saying wild ****...That's when he became a gimmick to me

Carter 2 is Wayne best album imo. A classic album to me as well. Anyways Barter 6 is decent. I didn't have any expectations for that **** so I enjoyed it for what it is. Never Had It is probably my fav joint off of it.

Like carter 2 more than carter 1 but it was a huge drop off towards the end of the album. D boy was trash...

Man y'all trolled me....had me thinking I might actually like the majority of the songs on here  the beats sound kinda unfinished also.

I can't lie I'm a little disappointed. It's not bad. Certainly better than anything Wayne's done post CIII but that's saying nothing.

It's just kind average Thug. Started off fairly strong then kind of tapered off a little up until Just Might Be.

No vintage Thug, by that I mean style and production from the 1017/Gucci era Thug. Most of the good stuff sounds like it was left off the Rich Gang albums.

That was his commercial album. Lollipop? Mrs officer, that travesty with t pain. I was low key hurt he names it c3, considering was was a personal classic and 2 was great. Hell even the of c2 was good IMO. The best rapper alive tho. Then when u think he couldn't get worse he drops these human being trash and c4. He should be embraced the thug love pause. Played into the whole I'm his idol thing and used it to be relevant musically. I'm shocked this ***** was #1 on iTunes tho, didn't think people messes with son, I know I didn't.
C3 had the whole summer 08 on lock

Wayne was at his peak

Lolipop and Mrs officer were awesome

srs

He was just shouting YMCMB on tha tour tape, obviously with the label in limbo it don't make sense to rep something that may cease to exist.

He didn't cut anybody off, Nicki Drake and Tyga all signed becuase of Wayne why would they still work with Bird if he swindled Wayne and is prolly not paying em either.

I think Birdman saw the label situation coming that's why he got Rich Gang goin dude was invested in that, he even was invested in Rich Homie and dude wasn't even signed to him.

think i enjoy Thugga in small doses. Couldn't get with this at all besides check and the joint with T.I.

Rich Gang isn't a label in the sense that you're stating but it is a brand where Birdman can make money off of merch, tours, and albums.

It's been known since last year that Thug was signed to 300 and that Birdman manages Thug. Word is Birdman got Thug out of Gucci's deal so Im not surprised Thug rocking with him especially if they both comin out successful

Why is this being compared to the other Carter albums, like this is a legitimate continuation of the series   :smh:

Preach. I got caught up in it too lol. Always fun to reflect on "Old Wayne" though. The Carter series stops at 2 for me.
