young thug... Barter 6 out.

Man I don't know what to make of his moves being any better or any worse than before. All I know is the momentum is slowing down.

What are you comparing this to tho?

Fam is on his first real tour and put out his most successful solo project

The buzz is fading. You're lying if you deny that. There was no real notoriety surrounding his tour and outside of the club scene, I don't hear him as often. Imo, it's slowing down for him. Think about the fact that SS1 and SS2 dropped practically a month apart. SS3 came 5 months after those. The only single I hear on the radio/outside the clubs is Theif in the Night. Is there even any projected release date for new material?

Edit. I forgot he didn't do an Atlanta show for his tour. That's probably why we didn't hear much about it. But what kind of bs is that to not show the home town any love? :rolleyes

That's the crazy part. He put out a good body of work, got a tour in line and his buzz isn't close to what it was in 14. Son was being talked about everywhere at one point. The music is there, somebody just not pushing the right songs, idk who. The hype around with them after the ye show was a gimmie, idk how u drop the ball with that.

I won't try to compare the hype from '14 and the hype in the present day. It wasn't the most positice of things that people were saying about dude.

Barter 6 proved that dudes wasn't rly rocking wit him like that granted Thug sounded the most commercial on Tha Tour

I feel like the his buzz ain't faded, but the newness he brought to the game is gone. Best Friend is still played everywhere I go and Digits is turning up in places I thought wouldn't.

Interesting you say that because I got blasted at by all yall fools for saying this .........

He was more popular around the stoner, lifestyle, throw some more, ain't about the money time than he is now. Sure the hardcore fans are still there but the casuals who knew him from that ain't thinking about that man.

This is great :smokin

Dude really is losing steam. Pick Up The Phone should be bigger than just some loose track, Travis had to leak himself just to get it released

I'm not seeing the correlation between thinking thug is wack and knowing the real world

Both these dudes suck

2 years later, I can actually rock with some of Peewee Longway's stuff

Both these dudes suck

I knew it was only a matter of time before Peep fell thru, which one you hate more though...

Young Thug or Ba Ba Big Sean boy how big is yo?

Please respond.

Well Young Thug hasn't embarrassed himself by calling himself a grown *** lil boy, so I guess I hate him less. I'll just stick with Gucci, OJ, Dolph and Scooter instead of NWO B-Team though.

And on the flipside, in that same 2 year span, I've liked more Big Sean records than Young Thug's, which I would have never thought was possible.

Boy talk about Thug more than anybody in here.

There's some kind of attraction and it obviously isn't the music.

Nope. Other than Danny Glover and....I guess songs songs off 1017, no reason to listen to him other than to see what hype is about and then get underwhelmed. Dude is booty straight up. Damn shame this production team has to get wasted on him. And usually Young Thug gets brought up in other threads either because of his fans in the Future thread are distraught that he can't 3peat like Future, or because of other threads containing trash, where all types of trash are compared (Desiigner, Lil' B, Kobe, Views, Browns, etc).
