I wouldn't say that. Granted Blueprint 2 wasn't his best effort by Jay Z standards but anything immediately after Blueprint wasn't gonna live up to the hype. Jay's been pretty consistent throughout IMO.

Exctally.. Ja, Nelly, Master P type rappers were always trash. They sold a bunch of records and will go down in history as
bum rappers who sold lots of albums. Meek is in the same lane minus tons of record sales. Nobody all of a sudden is like
"Meek was a great rapper, but now everybody's hating on him" FOH.
