**Official Meek Mill Thread****Dreamchasers IV Out Now**

So many rappers deserve Meeks position man, Vado, Ace Hood...

Vado?? Dude aint been relevant since hes left Cams side

Freddie Gibbs is one of the only street rappers left I really mess with. Too bad he basically got himself blackballed from the mainstream for going at Jeezy so hard smh

meek gotta go on a future run when he get off tour, the only way people will forget this is to flood the streets

Don't think he has it in him....

Meek's problem is he's just not clever at all... His whole style is straight forward... That's the real reason he had no chance in this battle...Or in any battle honestly... Hes just not clever enough with his bars... And honestly it got old.

vado couldve flourished under ross

he was flourishing under cam past his prime imagine what he wouldve did under a prime ross

dont even think its the fact bout being a tough guy its just in general if another man pisses on you you have to retaliate if you lose the fight you lose as long as you stepped up for yourself its all that matters

rather be embarrassed that i lost a fight standing up for myself them being embarrassed for getting pissed on and walking away like its cool

From what I read, dude was drunk, pissed in the isle and some landed on drake. Do you fight him or what? If he apologizes does it automatically end there?

That has to be a hustle tactic. Dudes hands can't be that trash. My little god son has better form than him. haha!

why did it take 5 summers and a twitter rant for this pee story to come out?

how Lil Duval know and ain't say nothing all this time

Umm, please explain. You can literally rap another person's song word for word and won't have to pay as long as you don't sale for profit. Dudes wold never make a mixtape if they had to pay for the songs.
If you use copyrighted material without permission, you can be sued. Period. If that copyrighted material was not registered within 3 months of publication, they can only sue you for an injunction and actual damages. In many cases, that may equate to an injunction and $0.

But if they registered their copyright within 3 months of publication which im sure the WWE/Undertaker has done that, they can come after you for statutory copyright damages. Those damages range from $750 to $30,000 per infringement. If the infringement is deemed to be willful, the maximum goes up to $150,000 per infringement.

Yes, the fact that you are using it for a free mix tape or 1 single song can be raised as part of a "fair use" defense, but the fact that you are not profiting WILL NOT prevent you from being sued. So, if you want to risk $150,000 + legal fees...well, that's the territory you're in.
