Coming from a musician, Beyonce can definitely sing.  She's not the best of all time of anything, but she's really good.  Her tone is good.  She has great breath control.  And she has range.

for example to a lamen like me it doesn't seem like Rhianna for example is a good technical singer but her voice just has a character to it that makes it compelling to listen to.


to my ears Drake seems to have zero range, but something about his voice is also innately compelling and unique.
