Any tips on restoring 2000 Retro 11 Space Jams?

Hey guys this is my first post on niketalk so im not sure if this is the right place for it. But anyways, I got these super beat retro 11s on ebay for $45 shipped. These are my first pair of 11s from 2000. So if anybody has any tips on restoring like how to get some of the dents out of the patent leather, or what to use for a doner shoe please tell me.
