​I'm hoping someone will be able to identify this 1989 edition. I haven't been able to. Tag, quality of stitching & high quality leather all indicate a legitimate boot. Thank you in advance for the feedback. Also interested in whether they are of value. Regards all.

im not to sure what its called but I know for sure its not from 1989 looking at the tag. the shoe  is from around the late 90's or so. a friend of mine had a black pair. I believe there a lower end basketball shoe

Thank you. I misunderstood the the 98 for 89. Dyslexia setting in! I agree and thank you for the update & clarification of release info. Much appreciated. If value isn't there I guess I'll be wearing the beasts! Best wishes to you.
