You can't treat gays like normal people because after that pedophiles will be demanding equal rights.  This would be troublesome because their deviant behavior is a result of abnormalities in this same exact part of the brain.  Gay people have an excess amount of white matter in their brains, and pedophiles have a lack of white matter in their brains...in the end it comes down to white matter.

Bruh, homosexuality between two consenting adults and sexual contact between an adult and a youth are in no way comparable. Whether there some different brain activities going on or not can be an argument.

But no country on this planet, whether they allow gay marriage or not, would ever even entertain the thought of allowing pedophiles equal rights. Its literally illegal in every single country on earth.

Pedophiles are compared to psychopaths/ serial murderers/arsonists/beastiality. These people are literally mentally ill.

There are multiple flaws with your reply to me.

1. Opinions change.  At one point in time society thought there was no chance of homosexuals ever being allowed to marry.  Often, groups that aren't afforded rights cite instances in which other groups who were formally oppressed received equal rights...gays cite the black rights movement as comparable to what they are fighting for.  In my opinion it is completely different, but that isn't my point.  It is just to show that of course pedophiles are going to cite the gay rights movement when they are fighting for equal rights....they have already began to do so if you do some research.

2. Their behavior is the result of an abnormality in the same exact part of the brain.

3.  Your assertion is false.  So there is no food that you do not like?  When you dislike a food you are consciously deciding to dislike it?   Liking a food has nothing to do with exposure.  For example, my entire family likes clams, but I am think they are disgusting.  I was exposed to clams at an extremely young age.  I didn't consciously decide to dislike clams, I simply naturally disliked them.  To this day, I still dislike clams, and no matter the effort I make, I will never like clams.  It is uncontrollable. 

Cow tongue aint normal in the US, some like it sure, normal meal, nope....=......Gays aint normal in society.  Some like gays sure, normal people, nope.

Enter any ethnic group of people into your sentence and see how that sounds.

I also should have never dragged myself into that food analogy because it just doesn't fit. Naturally not liking a food and naturally not liking someone different from you are two very distant concepts. You can't just look at someone and dislike them for absolutely no reason but you can taste or smell some food and not like it because it affects you.

Natural. Nurtured. No one is born naturally disliking someone different from them, it has to be taught, or conscientiously considered.
You can be born not liking clams tho.

It was your conscience decision to not like black people, for example.

Also you are correct opinions do change over time. Polygamy for one. But something that harms people isn't one of those things. This where you bring up that pedophilia was cool in ancient greece but in fact it wasn't. It wasn't regular people doing it, those were sick people in high places (i.e catholic church) Most writers of the time showed emotions of disdain when describing these events and coincidently didn't shun homosexuality nearly as much.
 
since homosexuality is not a choice, it makes sense that gays are born with their brains a little different than heteros just like someone who is left brain dominant is born with a different brain than someone that is right brain dominant. but to say "these people's brains are a little different then ours so you cant treat them like normal people" is extremely ignorant.

if the studies that gays have more white matter in their brains is true, there are two different ways to take the new information

1. great, we are now starting to have a better grasp of how the brain works and now we are getting closer to understanding why some people are homosexuals and others are not. just like how we know the scientific reason for why some people are born with different skin colors than others or why some people are born with different bone structure than others. while all this information better helps us understand the human mind, it does not mean that being gay is not normal or that they should not be treated like normal people.

2. look! gays are different from us! that proves that they have mental problems and its okay to discriminate against them!!!

its obvious which reaction is the ignorant one

So now you are telling me how I feel?  If I was in a society that homosexuality wasn't questioned, I would still feel the way that I feel.  It isn't for no reason, it is because of their actions.  My analogy to food is completely relevant.  I can't control the way that I feel.  Don't homosexuals claim that they can't control their feelings as well?  

Why is it possible for someone to be born gay but not for someone to be born repulsed by gays?  Sounds very hypocritical....

Let me remind you that you are trying to change society, not me.  In the end it is up to you to show why they should have equal rights not the other way around.  The gay community always likes to claim they are just like everyone else...this says otherwise.
