Let me remind you that you are trying to change society, not me.  In the end it is up to you to show why they should have equal rights not the other way around.  The gay community always likes to claim they are just like everyone else...this says otherwise.

everyone has differences in brain chemistry, if you are in a group with 5 people and one of them is gay there will be differences in brain chemistry between all 6 of you guys. why are the differences between your brain and the 4 other guys okay but the differences between your brain and the brain of the gay guy makes him abnormal and not worthy of having the same rights as you do?

Wrong.  The examples you gave don't effect your actions.  Being gay does.  

There is such thing as a normal brain.  This is obvious because without there being a normal brain, it would be impossible to point out abnormal brains. There is a certain way a brain is supposed to work, and the brains that gays have aren't that way.

your're attempting to have an intellectual conversation with someone, who's not capable of having one... So he was born repulsed by gays... But im willing to bet he enjoys watching to women make out in porn.. bet he's not repulsed by that...  You can not agree with it, and not condone it, thats your choice.. but to discriminate/hate those that do, , and to compare them to the likes of pedophile is pure ignorance..

who someone seeks companionship with should in no way have any effect on your life, or prohibit you from your pursuit of happiness... 

Have you ever tried Cow Tongue?.. or is that just a preconceived notion that you developed?  have you ever sat down and talked with someone who's gay? or your disdain is yet another preconceived notion?  what will you do if one of your friends/family comes out and says their gay, will you instantly be repulsed by them?

Life is to short to have hate towards anyone for no reason..

so who determines what is normal and what is abnormal? imo being born repulsed by gays is pretty abnormal, and it effects your actions so does that make you not a normal person? should you still be deserving of basic rights?

Completely wrong.  I didn't decide to dislike cow tongue in the moment of trying it.  I was born with the disposition to dislike it.  Whether I ever tried it or not, it was going to be something I did not like.  Do fallen trees make noise if no one is in the forest? 

I am repulsed by two women having sex as well.  I never said I liked that.  Stop putting words in my mouth.

Straight up, if you have a problem with gays or blacks or Asians, etc. you shouldn't be allowed to complain about humanity ever. Because you are the problem. Why sit there and label others, point your fingers at their differences and laugh because they're not you? Why not smile, say you know what, they love each other, they live their lives with love, they're happy, cool, and move the **** on with your own life. Humanity will never prosper while we label others and chastise each other for our differences. We're all unique, and if we're living with love, what's the issue? It doesn't make sense to harbor any hatred—you're only limiting yourself and your happiness by doing so.
