**OFFICIAL CROSSFIT THREAD** **NO BULLIES ALLOWED**

anyone else do 15.3 today?

So i have never been able to do a muscle up until today, i did two prior to the workout, then did 5 in the actual workout...  I will retry monday morning, my hands are shredded from workouts this week and i need my them to heel ASAP

I got two complete rounds in, so 314 reps RX. That's the most muscle up I've done in a workout. Super stoked about that.

#crossfitNT anyone? It'd be cool to see what everyone's working on. Especially some of those who made it to regionals.

I am working on securing as many pairs of metcons as I can haha but for the most part its volume gymnastics for me for the next month

I was doing the Outlaw programming for the Open. Now just doing our box competitors programming. I'd like to focus on handstand walks and ring muscle-ups in the next few months to get better at them.

Home sweet home?!?

8 min Alternating EMOM

3 Strict Press + 3 Push Press
(95/65)
(Rx+ 135/95)
3 FULL Cleans (same bar as Presses)
(95/65)
(Rx+ 135/95)
B. CONDITIONING

“Isabel”

30 Snatches (135/95)

800 m run time.

Just signed up for 6 months at my gym. I really want to focus on my snatch and wall walk. I sucks at wall walk.

Edit:

Thread answered my questions lol

Fellow CF brethrens...what are generally your workout schedule. I'm thinking about adding yoga and weightlifting. I don't want to overwork my body and have a no time to recover.

M,T,Th,Saturday - WOD
Wed/Friday - weightlifting
Saturday - 1 hour practice snatch, deadlift
Sunday- rest

I need to sleep more, I'm only getting 6-7 hours of sleep

Might as well start posting my workouts in here.

This was last nights' one.

18:58 using a 28kg kettle bell instead of 24. (silly idea :x lol)

Wasn't all that bad, box jumps got boring though.

Front squats 5 rep max to start with. Bit annoyed I just missed 5 at 100kg (220lb). First 4 went up fine.

the double amrap after was pretty horrible. got to 6 rounds and 4 t2b. (rx'd) Push press was the killer.
