Any Bay Area NTers do Crossfit?

What's up fam. Just seeing if anyone in the bay has a favorite Crossfit box (aka gym) and why they like it so much. I've done a few WODs, but nothing in a formal class. The dues are so expensive that there's got to be a reason why people will scrape up that cash to workout when they could hit a normal gym for less than 1/5 of the price per month.

FYI, I found some great Groupons for Crossfit in the Bay Area. Normally X-Fit gyms charge like $150/month. If you're looking to get an intro to the classes just to see if you like it, that price is really steep. I found a Groupon for 6 classes at $40 total. It's for Crossfit Reaper down in South San Jose.

I go to Crossfit 650 in San Bruno. Really chill people there. The coaches were super cool.

I tried out Crossfit Burlingame, they were really cool coaches but they moved too far to justify staying with their box.

For me I feel like its the box you go to. You gotta have coaches that care and know what they're talking about.
