These Samples, from the 2nd Half of the Pics, look pretty close to Final Product.

I can imagine they're in the process of adding a few more Bells & Whistles to top it off, little stuff like Chrome Lace Tips or minute details, etc.

These are COLD!  ...Can't wait for D.Rose to get back on court & ball out on the nay-sayers!

I hope Adidas and D. Rose announce these in June right after the finals or after the draft. I've been playin bball in Nike's and Jordan's, I'm ready to make the change to Adidas. Nike's pricing and quality has been horrible lately. I'm ready to spend my money with the 3 stripes.
 
I like the way the outsole looks. The rest of the shoe looks generic. I'll give them a try since it has Boost, when they're on sale.

Completely agree, but I won't even cop them on sale if they make a better looking bball shoe with Boost.
 
So I've recently hooped in the Adidas Volley Boost -- it has a very similar midsole setup to the Drose 5 and even that X-shaped shank plate/piece underfoot is the same.  If this was any indication of how the Drose 5 will be, they will be a solid shoe.  Was skeptical for boost on the bball court, but it played much smoother and more fluid than expected.  Just a quick post -- I will share more detail later when I get a chance.
 
Both the D Rose 5 and Crazylight Boost were officially unveiled in Vegas today. They look very promising.
 
Any news on how durable the Crazylight Boost will be on outdoor courts?
 
Looks very promising. Might be my second rose pair. Loved my 2.5 playoffs. Worn it to the ground for Basketball.
 
I wonder why there are 2 different versions. One with a pull tab and a slightly modified heel and upper
 
If boost was so bouncy isn't that bad to have on the heel? I felt it woulda been better on the forefoot for the propulsion and that's why adidas always go with Adiprene (absorption) in the heel and Adiprene+ (bouncy) in the front. I feel the having boost in the heel really contradict the whole concept. The contradiction is also shown in the two videos below.



 
This dude still getting his own kicks? Man bring on the John Wall sigs. You know, a player who ACTUALLY plays. Adidas has been dropping the ball all over the place this year. Smh
 
d rose is feeling pretty good right now at the USA practices.. must be the boost

These need to release and go on sale tho. With all the talk about the xx8s and their zoom bag, I cant even feel the floor with those on.
