Little Bail amount????......you think $26,000 is a little bail amount??...i think thats a pretty significant amount for bail and leads to believe it was a major charges IMO

Aldon Smith is still on probation. He had two years left after getting sentenced for DUI and gun charges in July of 2014.

Any charge whether DUI, Hit&Run or vandalism will likely result in violation of his probation which then = jail time.
