the world of twitter and the over sensational media is making this situation blow up very quickly. as soon as they slapped the word DUI on aldon it was a wrap for him. this cat is 25 and making piss poor decisions, but I'm not gonna throw the book at him yet. i want to hear if this was really a DUI or not

According to one of our MTOers within the organization - there are rumors in camp that Colin and Aldon got into a CONFRONTATION last night - and that Aldon SMASHED UP COLIN'S brand new Mercedes.

I doubt that MTO story is true, but it's picking up some steam and I'm seeing it get posted every where.

 Sources told NBC Bay Area that Smith apparently hit a neighbor's car after an argument, which suffered minor damage. The neighbor called police, who responded and arrested him, the sources said.

Probably was drinking, got into an altercation and drive off/left the scene

Drinking +

Damaged someones car (vandalism)+

Left the scene/drives off (now hit & run)+

Leaving the scene in a car intoxicated (DUI)
