I feel like our WRs are good... Hard to see what they are fully capable of when the QB doesn't get them the ball

Smith/Boldin/Smelter/Patton/Ellington/White

i cant even fairly evaluate any of the WRs we've drafted because of two reasons: our quarterback & scheme.

guys are running around wide open. this is clear as day when you watch the all-22. whether its due to him not seeing them, making **** throws or dropping his eyes and looking to escape the pocket, the quarterback simply isn't getting them the ball. kap left so many plays on the field its frusterating.

a lot of packages we've used in the last few years are not conducive to WR success. our tight ends have been given priority over our WRs. they get very few opportunities. when you have multiple tight ends and a FB on the field, your WRs are essentially outnumbered in the secondary by DBs. how many times did we see just crabs and Q last year? or only torrey and Q on the field this year? too many.

also, its no coincidence that torrey came here, and his production plummeted. I still think QP could be a pretty good player with a good QB and a team that utilizes its WR.

i wanted jarvis landry so bad in the 2014 draft. i am so glad for his career that he didn't end up here. he has turned into a star in miami.
