Since we've been seeing Chip get so damn repetitive with his playcalling, is it out of the question to think that he is also getting a buzz from above him about what plays to run in certain situations?

*cough* Paraag *cough*

defo has been everything i thought he'd be, and he's going to get so much better.

isn't it the coach's responsibility to see these things? why defo gotta get on the headset to tell this idiot?

Player-Coach.

watching some trubisky....

one thing that is indisputable: the guy sees the field well and easily goes through multiple progressions on the bulk of his plays. two flaws we've all grown wary of around here that don't apply to his kid.

So if Defo woulda gotten the Defensive Coordinator job since the beginning of the season how much more would his stats have been

assuming browns take myles garrett first, we good on taking trubisky 2nd and letting him redshirt while kap takes this team to 3-13 next year?

i can't even be excited for the draft if jim o'neil is still employed by this team.

Iono hope trubisky balls out so the browns can take him.

Buckner and armstead eating up the double teams while myles and lynch eat.

we saw kap make a nice throw on the move against the falcons that showed off his mobility and arm strength; trubisky also has that throw in the bag.

had to get this one on the vine. plays like these are why he's going to get drafted at the beginning of the draft!!

Deshaun Watson on throws 15+ yds downfield: 57-121 (47%), 17 TD, 9 INT

Is this a concerning stat

to me? no, i would like to see every throw just to have some context. i try to avoid stats as much as i can when i look at these players.

btw UNC WR ryan switzer  will be in my final mock. the kid is julian edelman 2.0. if you grab mitch, you have to grab switzer. their chemistry is really good.

yo, this is very derek carr-esque. fake the swing pass, sees that safety bit and the tight end running wide open up the seam. he doesn't completely set his feet, but instead, speeds up his throw and alters his throwing motion for a little sidearm action. so pretty.

How is trubisky's release? Compared to others in the NFL

Rogers, kaepernick, carr?

not as short and quick as carr or rogers, but it's really good from everything i've seen. ball never drops below the belt line, and he doesn't have any sort of wind up. he can alter his arm slot and throw from different angles like all the best QBs do. much of his game reminds me of alex coming out of utah. a lot of fans forget what alex was like before the multitude of shoulder surgeries and carousel of coordinators.

this could be the brown's version of our 2005 scenario. trubisky is from ohio and grew up a browns fans.

make the wrong decision and be haunted by it for the next 15 years.
