IMO, they both even out. If you go the return route you don't lose any $ and if you go the resell route, you gain, even though it's only $25 meet up...unless you sell via PP and ship them, then it's pretty much the same as returning them. Either way you go, you get your money back and won't lose money.
The hassle I'm referring to is shipping, and not really making a profit for my time spent. I'd like to help someone who's looking for a pair out, but I'm leaning more towards returning the second pair.

I'm thinking of buying a plain brown shipping wrap to avoid hearing it from them in the future but that might be doin too much lol.
I used that USPS box method all the time. I know that other NTers have tried and got rejected bcuz of the custom modification. That's never happened to me and I'm guessing it's cuz I do the shipping labels from home and it'd be too late for them to say anything to me after I've packed/labeled the box for drop off
