i wonder how a Yeezy 2 release would compare to this if they were coming out in the same numbers, same date, same stores, same procedure.
although it would get crazy a part of me still thinks a XI release will always draw the most attention/crowds for some reason.

Yeezy 2 = people would have camped at stores 3 months before RD.. they would have made sneakerhead towns all over the country.. like i said before they should do a restock in alaska

Na no way. Part of the Yeezy madness lies within the resell value, I mean at $5k a pop I can see why people would want these. You flood the market with seven hundred thousand pairs, that resell falls reaaaaaaal quick, and they just become another GR shoe. I would still want a pair, but a lot of folks would pass

All these broke "OG Sneakerheads" complaining about younger people scooping up all the pairs are full of it. If demand for a pair of shoes falls then Nike/JB would simply stop making the shoes. You need new generations of sneakerheads to buy retro pairs so Nike/JB keeps producing the shoes. How many "OG Sneakerheads" own a pair of Chucks but yet have never seen Chuck Taylor play?
