Massachusetts, tax on clothing is more of a luxury tax, only applies to individual items over $175, and only to the portion over $175.. so it's 6.25% on $25

Managed to get one thru on NDC.. Went by the mall and they said the winners have ALL DAY to pick up pairs bc of the riots and ish. Had 2 police in front of each store..

It has to validate it on NDC. If you don't have it in your cart, then it wont work.
