12/2014 Air Jordan 11 Retro - White/Black-Legend Blue - 378037-117 NO GM TALK ALLOWED!

Were there more gammas produced than playoff XIs last year? If so I wonde if JB is just gonna be upping the production number of XIs a little bit every year

As much as I want a pair, the only problem Imma have w/ these is when they start yellowing...But, I still wanna see official pics and not these early release *** pairs. And I'm also not a fan of the leather top w/ the mesh tongue. Just make the whole top mesh like all the previous pairs

I asked about the yellowing earlier in this thread and everyone concluded that they fixed that problem
 
It's not like they will start yellowing after a few wears tho.... Didn't previous models take years for the PL yellow? Sole shouldn't yellow either that easy with the milky blue sole

Yea people tend to be dramatic. Anniversary XIs are ok still for pairs that are stored well. Same as the white and black lows.

The previous pairs of columbias were leather uppers with mesh tongue & eyelets.

Hell even on my zen greys. The white leather stays for a while. Soles and PL goes first.

Since soles are tinted that will help

I still refuse to believe they found a way for the PL to not yellow

I'm not saying it won't yellow. I'm saying people are being so dramatic about the yellowing. It takes years not days for them to yellow if stored correctly. Heck, I've seen white mesh get yellowed faster than the patent. Nobody complains about how the mesh on the concords will turn but they stay going hard about Columbias.

I'm pretty sure all of us have said this at one time or another...and yet...here we are.
 
This new age PL is different than the Og/00-01/DmP variety. I believe this synthetic material will not yellow. The last CGs,SJs and even the blk/red, gammas had this hue in the PL. The older stuff never had that. Imo..

Yellowed mesh can easily be fixed, the soles to some extent depending on severity while PLs are irreversible, and u get them all in one package, hurrah!!!

Soles and mesh will yellow first that's a given. The PL yellowing won't happen until shoes are well beat, so by then who cares? I can't speak for you guys that store kicks but the PL is the least of your worries if your going to actually wear these regularly.

But yea.... I'm not even tripping. I'm sure by the time my pair is so yellow that my soul can't take it, I'll find someone that's kept them in immaculate condition over the years and is willing to sell. Might be above retail but it's better than having a second pair sitting taking up space.

Trust me. Its killing me with these snakeskins and not trying to paint that midsole black yet. I wanna get another pair soon, they are skyrocketing now. But i dont wanna paint em and not have another pair.

Now to get on your level and find a pair of thermals in sz13 for decent price haha
