Oh okay see I understood it as in the actual sole itself looks different as in the cuts and shape all that stuff not in terms of the color. Yeah I agree though I was hoping for that OG or at least closer not so much this strange mint look.
 
I still don't get how the can give every other icey sole 11 the Columbia blue OG treatment
But the actual Columbia sole they change it up :smh:

Then proceeded to tell me "well JM said they will be the OG version"

Yeah as close to OG as my 2014 carmines sole.

I wouldnt lose hope just yet. The second pic is what these could look like. In which case 2 pair minimum. That second pic was from the same source that showed those 3m 4s for the first time. It's a credible source so I am inclined to hope that the actual pairs will look like that.

Pray that the last pic in my post and others like that are all just GM/fake.

Couldn't have been that easy to see the jumpman on the OGs either? The sole had a visible blue tint. See my pic above. The 2001 release had that clear sole which to me looks good on all 11s except Columbias.


Also here is another pic of these that gives me hope. On this type of sole and icy blue ones on recent releases the jumpman is still somewhat visible. But its not at all visible through that opaque sole seen in the recent pics.

Cause they want us to keep buying so they give us bits & pieces of the OG model JORDANS so we can keep hope alive by fooling ourselves thinking JB will finally get it right but they never do...

Fellas we all know what retros should look like. It ain't nothing like what JB will give us. So I was talking about what JB really shouldn't give us. In that pic above and the second pic in my post on the previous page, the jumpman will be visible if only a little less. Even in your tiny avatar I can see it. May not be the exact tint of blue or transparency. But those pics are much better than horrible opaque sole we have seen in the pics lately.

nah bro you werent following the conversation, we were talking about the boxes, i said that i keep my boxes clean after i wear em but dont wear my shoes. if you paid any attention to what was going on instead of assuming all JB fans are idiots you wouldnt be lost. it was a joke about the stupid boxes and how people want them to look pretty like they wear them or something. heck just give me a regular box with decent quality shoes in them and you can paint them pink with butterflies on them and i wouldnt care
 
who cares about the bottom of the soles, the only part you can see is the sides of the soles while you are walking, nit picking a shoe that looks great seems pretty stupid at this point, atleast they are close to OG and look really good IMO but i hope these do get hate so my cop will not be that difficult.

Best looking pair of fakes I've ever seen then. What looks fake about them vs the other pair on the last page with 2 different soles and no black inner liner all the way down to the toe box??

Everyone always wants to call everything fake even when they really have no idea what they are.
 
I read on IG that there are only 5 pairs of samples in existence right now.
