How comfortable will these be of I change sizes?

Hey, I wear a 10.5. Im about to buy these pair of Toro bravo and these pair of 13s off of this man. He only has the toros in 10 and the 13s in a 11. If I do buy them how comfortable will those shoes be on my feet?

4s do run kind of small, for the most part you'll be okay, they won't be flopping off of your feet.

13s will probably be too big. the 4s should fit fine.

then again, we all have different feet and i 1/2 size down on 4s.
