Nike Elite Quality Control Failures

So I have purchased 3 Nike Elite jerseys through NFL Shop. Black Drew Brees (normally stocked item), Black Kenny Vaccaro (customized item) and a white Cameron Jordan (customized item). I ordered the Brees first and it took three tries to finally get one that didnt have crooked numbers, name or NFL logo. I must admit they were very apologetic and quick to ship a replacement. So I finally received the Vaccaro I ordered this last weekend, all the numbers and letters are double layered Reebok leftover stock. The color doesn't even match the Saints logo or the collar. The Saints jerseys are actually single layered stitched and more of a kaki color versus gold. I haven't received the white Cameron Jordan yet and I am waiting to get in contact with whoever is going to handle this failure. They said 3-5 business days.

That is pathetic on their end...you're paying HOW much...and receiving that? :smh: 

I would go ballistic as well
 
I got an email stating that they "completed a replacement order for your damaged item". I emailed them back and requested a "less vague" answer than that. If they would have said that they are making another jersey using the correct stitching and material, I'd feel better. We will see when it shows.
 
There was talk in the nfl gear thread in the nike forum about the quality issues of customized jerseys.
