So what is yaw excuse now? Suspect should had put his legs up in the air too? They shoot him int he back while hands in the air. Look how they handle him after they shoot him

Longoria appeared to be moving his arms around, and did not appear to be cooperating with the deputies. Seconds later, the video shows Longoria turn his back on the deputies and raise both hands into the air, high over his head. One second later, a lone deputy fired two shots, killing Longoria.

“Officers are taught to look at the hands first and foremost. So if his hands are up in the air, he doesn’t have anything in them. How do they justify using deadly force?”

lol... you don't have to tell us what happened.... we have the video.... dude reached for something... I don't care how many times you try to quote some unnamed source.

hmmmm... i wont say him.being shot was unjustified, but shooting him 3 more times after he was clearly surrendering was a clear attempt to take his life so they wouldnt have to deal.with this.beyond that afternoon

The dude was stopped then attempted to grab something from the car. Not a small movement but literally turned around to grab something out of the car and then he got shot.

It was not one second later that he got shot after he raised his hands again. It was much faster than that.

Justified? Maybe. Could they have tasered him? Possibly. But this dummy made a big movement into his car with guns drawn on him.

This followed a car chase in a stolen vehicle too. Noice.

Did dude really say he wouldn't be taken alive?

Guy CLEARLY had his back towards the cops, with his hands up when the shot that took him down was fired. :smh:

What was he reaching in the car for?

High speed chase in a stolen car? Dude put himself in that predicament

This in AZ?  Did they check to see if he is a United States citizen first?

I'm wondering if any of the first 5 shots hit him... if so dude ate them like a champ.

:smh:

You are severely separated from reality.

Dude was wrong.

He had his had his hands hidden longer then they where in the air.

You got the same dudes in all of these type of threads usually arguing against the person who got popped.

The last two shots were not necessary at all.
So they tried to use non lethal force.

Then dumby reached into the car, then he was shot.

Clean shooting.

NEXT.
I saw...

"Dumby" reaching into his car...get shot.

Then put his hands in the air.

And get shot again...

he threw up his hands long after he gave the officers reason to use deadly force.... you can't just reach somewhere to grab something then quickly throw your hands up when an officer has already committed to shoot.

I bet if the audio and video were synced properly, you realize that the first shot went off as he was raising his hands.. the second was just training... (double tap)
