Police In Arizona Fatally Shoot Unarmed Man Who Has His Back Turned & Hands Up In The Air!?

Say for instance you get pulled over and you look for you wallet as cop get out of the car,cop see you moving and shoot you dead. 100% justified right?
everytime I've been pulled over, I say to the cop "Hey, I'm gonna reach into ________ to get my ________"

communications brah.

I bet if that was your son it would be a different story. It dont matter what he did before or what he should had did, its all about what he did(put his arms in air (surrendor) and got shot cold blooded in the back

Yeah, whoever wrote that little piece up there is trolling. It is always tough in these situations to say what is justified and unjustified, but people can't afford to give police any reason to feel threatened. I look at it from both sides, and I wonder if the dude was running toward the car not for a weapon but to escape the bean bag hits he was getting. Not that it makes it any better, but it would make sense. As for the cops they don't know what he is thinking and rightfully so, they assume he is going for a weapon and did what they are trained to do.

They put their lives on the line daily, being around scum who will take their lives just because. It isn't easy and all cops aren't bad, some just want to make it home to their families at the end of shift and can't afford to overlook things that would prevent that. I'm sorry but I don't see a reason for protest on this one. It isn't right that he lost his life, but I don't see it as wreckless on the officer's side.

this man should've been allowed to grab his gun...

everyone deserves the right for a fair gunfight.

Would if the cop said put your hands in the air, turn around back towards us. You do that then he pump 2 leads in you and you die?

They didnt do what they are trained to do, if they thought he was going for a weapon he would have shot him as he was fumbling in his car, NOT, while his back turned to them with his hands up seconds later

All the other cops didnt shot and was approaching him to handcuff before the trigger happy cop shot

suspect in car chase acts erratic... says he's goign to get gun

reaches into car... comes out with his hands not in full view

2 well aimed shots as he moves his hands from his waist up...

trigger happy?

2 shots...

wow

Nah that was dudes fault and this was after a car chase.....idiot should've known cops were gonna be on the edge

heh,

reminds of the night my homie and I were held at gunpoint by Scottsdale, AZ police.

They had their rifles out and two k-9s as well.

Had us with our arms out of the window waiting for instructions.

That nervous energy man, sitting there my boy made a joke that he was lightweight scared, we laughed.

But now looking back at the incident, I realize that one wrong move, or PERCEIVED wrong move and one or both of us would've been FINISHED.

Arizona cops are ANIMALS. I'll tell you that right now. They'll take any reason to shoot you dead in the street. Dude might've been in the wrong but trust me those cops are SALIVATING for a chance to take your life. Dudes probably had a congratulatory round of beers that evening and laughed it up. Real life, they do NOT care about your life.

They make me miss crooked ***, sucker punchin', protocol breaking NYPD and Nassau/Suffolk county PD. Those dudes are crooked/violent, these dudes? Crooked and Murderous.

Sheriff Joe is a big reason.

This is NOT the post your unpopular pop culture opinion thread but you still in here trollin hard AF.

I guess you think if someone swerves in front of you and cuts you off in your car, and then slams on their breaks at the last second, its the person in the back's fault too huh?
Try to THINK about what you are about to say before you start typing. It doesnt seem like you do that very often.
