Hey guys we are starting IVF! Trying to join the NT Dads club

Today we retrieved 15 eggs, unfortunately wife suffered a massive bleed and had to be rushed to the hospital, has fainted 3 times since and her blood pressure has been pretty unstable, because of this the eggs will be frozen and we will have to wait till she recuperates to attempt a transfer, it's been a long day bros, I know I love my wife, but I was reminded today what that feeling actually is after 14 years, saw my wife go unconscious from a drop in her blood pressure and saw that same look I've seen hundreds of times in patients I've worked with, that blank lifeless stare and my dudes I broke down, had to be one of the scariest moments I've experienced....keep her in your thoughts for me, my NT fam.

I hope Mrs.Steezy is feeling 100% as soon as possible and you 2 can get back to us with good news soon.
 
Steezy keep your head up, you're a real dude for posting this. She's a strong woman for going through this ordeal.

Thanks fellas, she's an absolute trooper, facing it all with a smile and I can't help but feel like a douche because is my infertility, not hers....I seriously saw everything flash before my eyes when I saw her like that.

We are hoping is not a bad internal hemorrhage. [emoji]128532[/emoji]
 
I'll keep the brethren posted for sure, as silly as it is, NT is like a second home and I want ya to be part if our ups and downs through this process, so that when things work out in the end we can all rejoice together! :pimp:
