Co-worker was talking about it earlier today and saying how it may be offensive in today's climate dealing with immigration laws and denying of undocumented people opportunities. Pretty sure he was just talking out his ***, but I just wanted NT's opinion.

Lmao. I guess it could be if the intent is twisted to fit some nut jobs agenda, but so could anything else. For now it's still just a silly rhyme. You work at a dispensary or some ****?

Give the entire land back to the Native Americans and Mexicans and all the others who were "moved out of the way," then we can talk about Immigration and undocumented people. :D

If you're a grown man you should not be saying "no way jose"

Only people who say this are little kids

i actually work with a jose and no way jose was said once with no intentions of relating to that phrase. wasnt even looking his way but i felt the stare

Everything is offensive nowadays. That's why I'm as offensive as possible. It would be offensive to not be equally offensive to everyone.

Thank Jesus these awkward exchanges have never happened to me

I'm Chicano/Mexican and don't find it offensive.

I actually find it funny sometimes. Especially around people named Jose.
