What to do when Ebay bans you?

That is interesting, but I don't see the value of paying before.... and with as many people sending in requests to post on there, your add doesn't stay up that long, so unless you hit the nail on the head with someone looking for your exact shoe and size you're just throwing your money away.

I thought I was being stealthy by just putting a google voice number in my ad to text questions to, but I think it was my blatant deal talking via the ebay messaging system that damned me along with my paypal acct that was tied to the ebay sending out invoices for the exact named shoes for sale. I was naive and didn't think ebay was up on things like that as long as they at least got their 3% via paypal.... and I was wrong.
 
They own Paypal too , thats wrong man.

Almost every shoe post says "will sell cheaper for paypal invoice"

That's what blows my mind.... I was never saying that.

Going forward, I still intend to do paypal invoice, but it will be with an account that is NOT tied to the ebay acct.
 
did anyone say Kixify? that might be a viable option. i've never sold or bought on there, so I don't really know how that goes.

Just signed up for them today, waiting to be approved for selling. What sucks is it seems (at least to me) that ebay just gets you the audience to get a conversation going to work deals.

I've gotten rid of probably 15+ pairs fast and for good sales through those IG accounts last year so to each his/her own
 
i dont like selling online to anyone period anymore. threads are made everything with people claiming "issues" on brand new shoes and claiming fake when they are 100% authentic. Plus with all these chargeback BS.

im good on that, id rather take less money and sell to a reputable shoe seller. Ive slowly been selling a bunch of my kicks to Sole Supremacy, while i dont get market prices, i get somewhere close. I just know i dont have to deal with BS

In every one of my listings i had "msg me for a cheaper price". Since im banned, everyone who sells sneakers should be too since they all do the same thing.

I have perfect feedback. My "selling practices" are frowned upon but apparently my money is still good on their site :lol: . Bunch of nonsense.
 
Did you ever do actual sales on ebay or are you just using them to advertise? I do invoices through pp all the time but i still do enough transactions on ebay so they're still getting a cut. Everyone gets a piece we 're apart of the syndicate.

their time is coming. they have recently been purging many users the past several months to get rid of small time sellers in favor of big merchants

Damn u got me scared. Cause I put pp invoice in the message title and put my website name in the description. My whole clientele base come from eBay. But if they banned I would jus make a new one. Simple as that

set up another account but you have to change your ip and mailing address and number. If you want a account PM me i got 20 accounts sitting and verified paypals. Dont try to reinstate because you will waste your time lol

I would say 1 out of every 3 shoes I moved went through ebay. So they were getting some cash. I'm learning though how to work the system going forward. Separate paypals outside of the one tied to your paypal acct being rule number one if you're send invoices.

I'm going usb dongle shopping today, getting new ip addresses on a regular basis seems to be the key, and dongles appear to provide that from what I've read so far. Now the $50 a month for service will just mean I need to move more shoes to cover the overhead.

Same deal I got earlier this week. It literally ruined my day... LOL Everthing was going so well up to that point! :smile:

simple as long as you have a new address, phone (easy) and IP (the hardest part depending on your provider)
