Randomly stops at gas station makes call to wIfe and starts running (by the sound and eye witness report)

Found naked and dead 18 days later less than a mile from police station in Jasper Tx (where they beat and.drug mr bird 3 miles behind a pickup)

Throat slashed. Missing ear

Claim not homocide but say he went on.drug induced terror and aninals did that to his body..

Please tell me this is an archived story :smh:. Jesus, this ******g heartbreaking. The store clerk saying he ran in the wood of his own free will? C'mon now, who talks like that? Implying that he wasn't forced into the woods he went on his own. He has a slit throat and animals did it?

Reminds of Malcolm X pop's being tied to train tracks and they saying he tied himself to the tracks. The wickedness and evil in people's heart is crazy.


Such a beautiful family too, his cousin said him the wife were together since elementary.

animals have been known to eat decomposing bodies, the most famous case of this example would be west memphis three, the child's mutilation and injuries were mostly caused by animals devouring the decomposing bodies, other than the killing blow...

But the article said, "He was missing an ear, two front teeth and his throat was slit. There was not a lot of decomposition in comparison to most bodies found in the elements after 18 days." 

I know it may not be a professional opinion but this was written to dispelling the animals theory.

animals pick/eat/feed off body= "torture"
man running into woods high= 'body in the woods'


that's logic.. you're being swayed by emotions, no one believed the 'zombie man' was only on marijuana, but he was toxicology reports proved it, 2 times, not once but two times



the article written is bias, take a persuasion class or just watch a youtube video of 'how to get someone on your side', you've got to let your personal investment to this article put aside, and just read it thinking 'i'm the author of this, why would i write this', right off the bat he throws in a fictional account of what took place, why do i say fictional because a lot of the information is blacked out to the general public, other than location+status+problem, any other details are provided by 3rd hand sources, aka people who weren't there; then he mentions racial tension and the absurdity of a black man running frantically... come on son, you know where this is going, the guy is practically hand guiding you to the typical slavery/kkk scene, black man running from white people

decomposition starts immediately after death, regardless if it were minimal or not, that's why when you die and if you are a donor, your organs are immediately surgically removed and placed in a preservation solution.


i do agree the 2 front teeth missing is odd, but being high he could have fell and broken his front teeth, while he was running

so were drugs found in his system or what?
they just generally say he was on them w/o offering proof (even though i suppose a murderer could inject to cover)
