Nike Air Yeezy Red October 2 Thread Officially Released VIA NDC 2/9. No BUYING/SELLING/TRADING.

I like RO's the best, but I love red and I'm not really a fan of neutral colors.

They're all pretty cool, though, the design of the Y2 is crazy.

Easy, you want to be careful to not get caught too much into this hype. I put my offer out there to some eBay sellers and a few are interested in adding Plats to their collection. Now it's just a matter of making them realize I won't be adding much more than that.

It's just not worth it. The quality of the three shoes you offered are on another level compared to some of these just terribly slapped together RO's.

Something that needs to be considered is how well they'll hold up over time.. Signs of sole separation on a DS pair of Red's is not comforting in the slightest.

Agreed. Even the quality between the Banned 1s and BIN 13's is enough to not consider trading for these. You gotta stay focused man lol

Personally i may not wear mine until my b.day in september or later... I cant speak on as to why there arent more on feet pics. So i guess i would have to somewhat agree, these are a resellers dream shoe. Lol

Russ Bengston wrote a great article about "influencers" for Complex... and he actually used a picture of John Geiger's (guy in pool with RO's) collection for the article.
 
I was offered a few trades, but cash is definitely king.

IF i were to even think about trades, it would literally have to be almost every shoe I'm looking for in my collection.

(SB9's, Corks, Concords, Space Jams, Royals, Prelude 1, Black/Gold 1's, Bred 4, BC3, 88's, White 17's, Plats)

Why? Because I like the RO's and I don't care to really trade them. Maybe the above trade sounds absolutely insane to you, but someone will have to pay up BIG and be worth my while to get my pair.  
 
I personally dont get why more people arent wearing their pairs.

To each their own obvously, but the fact someone could just practically beat these into the ground and still turn around and sell for 5x retail (probably conservative given time length to accomplish that ) would be good enough for me.

But I aint got no yeezys so it dont matter :lol:

I attempted to buy these from someone and trades were the prelude collection or mags. I wouldn't even consider it.
