they had a pair of plats on ebay that were beat to the point where the entire back portion of the heel was dragged off and the air bag was sticking out, I think dude still got 500 for em

I mean if you do they may be uncomfortable like with what Proto J was saying a while back. Or you can stuff the toebox with socks after each wear to see if it can fix the toebox's shape. I wear sneaker shields in certain shoes because they are special to me but I had to make modifications to them because they were uncomfortable

Load of fakes a round if you're planning on buying a pair, expect to spend at least 3.5k on a legit pair and get them legit checked in the dedicated section of the forum before

Not being funny one bit, but if you don't know there are fakes out, you're best off going to a consignment shop and paying extra to have some peace of mind. Either that, or bring someone who knows what they're looking for. Would suck to be ripped off for some fakes... especially when there are some decent fakes out there.

I was searching around CL and found this guy selling his receipt for his pair of Yeezy... Heads up to anyone looking to buying a pair, make sure you do a legit check and not just ask for a receipt!! I'm not sure what's worse, the guy selling the receipt or the guy buying it....

I store all my "special" pairs with cedar shoe trees. They seem to keep their shape well.

I'd recommend taking the solars and plats out of their boxes for storage. The side laying against the bottom will quickly fade the scales on that side.

I'm also curious what the causes are of the plats yellowing on the strap and back, cuz I wanna avoid that. Also curious if it can be fixed if it does happen.

yellowing is caused by heat im guessing.

Has to be that it was stored by a heater or something similar.

I had a pair of FTLOTG 9s and I completely forgot about them being by my heater, a year Iater i take them out and they are piss yellow looks horrible now

looks like ye just looked at em, and handed him back the sharpie after telling him they were fake cause dude said “man, broke my heart” at the end.

the dude knew they were fake too, cause he yelled out “CHINESE” beforehand.
