when going through PP as a buyer what else should/could we do besides getting the receipt, order confirmation email from nike, and tagged pics?

order confirmation emails from nike, original shipping box from nike that has the labels with order #
that way you can match the order # on shipping receipt. ***paper trail***

LMK when FC sends you the check

back when the solars/plats dropped FC struggled to sell for 2k

i put em up on CL and sold em for 5k

ive had nothing but pleasant and successful transactions on CL just be smart about it

its obvious who are the hustlers/go-getters in this thread

you guys just expect money to fall into your lap while you sit at home

Im talking with 1 dude, he sends legit pics, email conf, and pic of receipt but blanks out all the info I needed to match everything up LOL scammers.... are people really that slow?

but there you have it. I paid 2250 from FC a month and a half after release. and that was actually for less than other pairs in that same size (8.5). I was seeing pairs go for 2500+.


so stop talking that nonsense. you spreading malicious rumors. and what's more? you talking **** about a shop I've done/do business with. so in a way you're ******* with my money and I don't appreciate that.

you really are lost. no one expected the y2 to go for as much as it did when the originals were in that 1-1.5k range. Even those that said they would double... it's gone beyond that. The other colorways didn't have the history behind them to establish this ridiculous market.

FC isn't worried about moving the pairs they've consigned. I don't recall horror stories on past releases about them overpricing and shoes sitting for months. That's not how they operate. So who here has got $4800? Besides Bad Lt. whose pair was the first size 11 to go at FC? No one doing CL meetups. That's not where the middle end of this buying market is at. 3-4, but an extra 8-1800? Makes it an easy choice to not have to deal with morons and shadeballs.

1-1.5K? Anyone who bought those for resale at that time knows damn well that's a bold-faced lie.
 
^ agreed with trappedintime trappedintime . And what I learned is that you target different consumers through different areas of selling. Artists and celebrities aren't going to be going through your craigslist listings. They are gonna google and most likely see flightclub pop up as one of the first search results and buy it there. Not to mention that FC is popular anyways
