i was planning for FC, as mentioned before, and he hit me up again. we talked before i decided to keep then change my mind. we talked and came to a common ground.

i had a couple 3500 offers from NT members but I ultimately went with something that made my heart happy. i got cash and i got a grail i wanted. if i got all cash, i risked not getting the grail because i honestly have a hard time handing over 600-800 on a pair of shoes. getting the shoes straight up was great.


also, some sellers need to understand that the buyers don't all have $3500+ just sitting around. If they were smart, they would collect what cash they can and then take some of these crazy shoe trades in return.

Liquidate what you don't want AT A MUCH LESS RISK THAN FLIPPING YEEZYS with a larger market of buyers.

Yep...smart advice.  If you can get ONE pair of grails/shoes you want, and then take the rest of the batch and sell, it'd be worth it IMO.  I'd feel more comfortable selling 4-5 pairs of shoes for $200-$500, then one pair @ $4,000ish.

I just wish I wasn't in such a rush when the tweet dropped, and actually would have gone after my size.  I was in such shock on my phone I just swiped the size list down and hit "Add to Cart".  Basically a Russian Roulette of size selection...just happened to land on a 11.5.

I've had some good trade offers, but getting a size and a half too small hasn't helped.  Most (legit) people who want a size 11.5 in ROs, don't have a pair of DB5s in a size 13-14.  The "shoulda/woulda/coulda" has bugged me, but then I realized how lucky I was to even get a pair, and those thoughts have gone away.

I'd do it but only because I missed out on Royals. 

He should try to get a different shoe besides the Blacktoes in this trade.

Go up a few posts, there's definitely a few people here who want to chide anyone who is selling their pair and toss the "reseller" label out as if those of us selling are the same losers picking up 10 pairs of GR's to move every week. I'm not someone who resells, but I have strangers in this thread telling me what kind of person I am and how horrible I am for the sneaker game. It's laughably stupid.

Talk to the seller man, i worked my seller from 3k to 27, then kept talking an finally settled on 2500. I personality think i scored a grew deal, seller seems legit and I'm protected by pay pal. Look for sellers, give them time to find the buyers they think they have ( who won't pay what they want). Have a budget and stick to it.

i really think you can do better, like @Nupe05 said, can you do .5 bigger? Im sure you can get a better deal.
