Seems like an air tight case. But we know how these things go sometimes.
 
This one seems more air tight then the Zimmerman case. Dunn about to get life if not people should protest and flood the streets peacefully until something is done.

plus he plead not guilty, if he plead guilty he would've been processed already.


so it takes time for the prosecution and the defense to get their cases together.

It's pretty average for a murder, I've seen dudes sit for 2+ years

Criminal justice system is underfunded in a lot of areas. A lot of PD/DA departments don't have the money to match their caseloads so you get a small staff working on thousands of cases a year

Yes, they really are. 

Please stop generalizing all of Florida to the areas where these racially-motivated crimes happen.

Sanford Florida (Trayvon) and Jacksonville (Davis) and two of the many backward cities here in Florida (Jackonville is still very hick-dominated despite the fact that it is a decent size city).

Cities like Fort Lauderdale, Boca, Miami, Municipal Orlando & Tampa do not have these same issues... The reason is that these cities are dominated by NorthEastern transplants and Spanish immigrants in the Miami and Tampa area.

These kind of senseless crimes happen in other big states in rural areas as well (Texas has a lot of these problems).
