Trayvon pt. 2? Vol. Stay classy Florida...

Only if the jury is stupid. I mean think about it, the evidence shows that Davis didn't have a gun.

The whole premise of this claim of "self defense" is stupid and would be giving a pass to people to go around shooting anybody they want if all they have to say is they thought somebody had a gun.
Never put it past a Floridian.

Something else that makes this a tough case is they have to prove that Davis didn't show a gun

His attorney is arguing they could've easily gotten rid of it

At some point we have to be reasonable and draw a line on the "couldve's" and "what-ifs" or you can't convict anyone of any crimes. Maybe Davis could have had a nuclear bomb, I mean nobody searched for nukes right.

Maybe he didn't do it because the DNA test is wrong because 99.99 percent still leaves 0.001% chance.

Maybe the guy that got killed in the movie theater could have had a gun in his popcorn bucket since police didn't search the popcorn bucket.

That's why there's reasonable doubt and a jury of peers. You gotta convince them. Not the wider (probably more reasonable) public.

There've been hundreds of thousands wrongful convictions based on your opinion, just sayin.

not too familiar with the american justice system but why is this case happening now when the murder happened in 2012?

investigation b.

plus he plead not guilty, if he plead guilty he would've been processed already.

so it takes time for the prosecution and the defense to get their cases together.

Sorry we don't just play judge jury and executioner like you CRAZY BRITISH COLUMBIANS!!!

This.

And...

    at your last statement!

What do you mean?

So much evidence against Dunn and the jury still can't come to a decision :smh:

It's taking a long time because they can't decide whether to convict him on first degree or a lesser charge.  I hope at least...

I really can't believe it's taking so long.

Probably because there are 2 black women on the jury. The white men(Zimmerman defenders) are probably saying not guilty while the black women are saying guilty. Probably going to be a hung jury.
