Probably because there are 2 black women on the jury. The white men(Zimmerman defenders) are probably saying not guilty while the black women are saying guilty. Probably going to be a hung jury.

That's it and he goes free. They can do a retrial but I doubt it happens.
 
This should really be an open and shut case.

Switch the races or location of this case and Dunn would've been convicted in 30mins or less. :smh:

Yea, they were saying the other day that the jurors had to take a 30 minute break just to get away from each other. I wouldn't be surprised if there were some Frank Taafe's on the jury.
 
They might be debating on the 1st degree murder attempts for the other three boys.
They must have convicted for Jordan davis already

Yeah, there'd be riots if he walks and it's not happening but it'd still be sad if he just got manslaughter and lesser charges.  More about the principle of it and a reflection of the justice system...I'll hold off on FL jokes.  

Firing 10 rounds at a car and killing a kid because you're pissed off without a true, identifiable threat for your life is some scary ****.

Yeah, I'd be shocked if he walked. There's almost no defense for his story. In the Zimmerman case there was the 911 call there was evidence that that bum got his butt whooped for the self defense claim. This story the guy didn't even call 911 even after the shooting he just drove off and continued his day like nothing happened.

This is Florida man. All you need is a few people on the jury that think like Michael Dunn, which is very possible. Remember the juror from the Zimmerman trial, I think B37 said she just gave in and voted not-guilty because she was ready to go home.
 
I don't think he's getting off. No way he beats the 3 counts of attempted murder or 1 count of firing into a car. I'm thinking they're deliberating on choosing between Murder 1 or Murder 2. No way he doesn't get any time.
 
So the court f'ed up the scripting is that what I'm hearing? :smh:

Them thinking it's a mistrail on the "case" instead of "count" makes a world of difference.
