No no no. You're missing the point
It's the fact he still hasn't been found "guilty" of killing a black teenager. F the jail time for the other counts, think of the principal itself. Nobody who values their life should be "satisfied" with this verdict.

Not sure how I feel about this verdict or non verdict. He should do some decent time but they really didnt come to a decision on the real heart of the matter the death of Jordan Davis. All the other counts are for the other passengers.

But this verdict pretty much says if the other 3 weren't in the car he would've walked. Think about that for a minute.

Technically hes not on the murder of Jordan Davis he's not. Will he be going to jail yes but those were for the counts on the other passengers and for firing into a car.
No he actually isn't. He's going to jail for attempted murder for the other kids in the car.
If Dunn had fired just a single shot that killed Davis, the ruling would have been just been a hung jury. It would have been Zimmerman all over again.

This verdict is bittersweet. At the end of the day Dunn wasn't found guilty of killing Jordan Davis, and that's the sad part.

You know the sole difference between this and the Zimmerman trial, the makeup of the jury. I called this one as a hung jury based on the makeup of the jury.
It all depends on whether they decide to retry the case.
