Alex must have seen that we were looking for him. In story published by Sports Illustrated, there is an excerpt from a book declaring that MLB allowed ARod to use PEDs during his 2007 MVP season. He received an exemption that allowed him to use testosterone that entire year.
 
Damn y'all just opened the A-Rod floodgates. Just read on CBS sports that, one of his lawyers, David Cornwell, is going to sue A-Rod next week over unpaid legal fees. If he's smart, he'll just pay the money owed instead of instead of claiming the lawyer gave him bad advice like CBS and Daily News are reporting. He does this, and attorney/client confidentiality is basically gone and everything comes out.

Potential bad news for CC and the rotation, Girardi said CC had swelling in his right knee following rehab assignment on Wednesday. Gonna assume he's gonna be getting a MRI.

Just heard on MLBN, that Girardi said CC is likely out for the rest of the season. He's meeting with Dr James Andrews later this month and surgery is a possibility. If he gets surgery he could be out for more than just the rest of this season.
