I remember the thread first started. we followed Theo entire rebuild. we see growth right in front of our eyes.

Javier Baez is down in Triple A getting started, couple good games, they should bring him up to help deepen the bench by mid next week or so. Not to mention he could be the new age Zobrist playin 7 different positions give or take. :pimp:

Yeah WGN did a report about the new clubhouse and all its new amenities. Makes you realize how bad the old clubhouse was. We finally stepping into the 21st century.
 
Heyward with his first clutch hit, but Bryant needed to follow with his own and couldn't do it. :smh:
 
Missed the game due to work, but caught all the highlites. Amazing stuff. Grandpa Ross getting it started, Heyward with a clutch 2 out knock, and Addy Russell with a gw 3 run tater. Rondon went 1, 2, 3 and Cubbies win. Ch ch ch cheeea!
 
They turned the old locker room into batting cages.
They even added a new "party room" for the players to celebrate lol.
 
Through 17 innings pitched, the bullpen has allowed just 2 earned runs and 1 walk. In the meantime, they’ve struck out 20 batters and have allowed just a .121 batting average against.

Loaded the top with Lefty's, the Reds pitcher has struggled vs Lefty's the past few years, so they need to pounce on him early and get into their pen.
