Crazy how Theo and Jed managed to put together this patchwork rotation with some solid arms out of nowhere, I don't think they get enough credit for this.

Yeeeaahhhh I'm gonna have to say no to that one. It's not that I wouldn't love to have new amenities like new bathroom stalls
, or a nice parking lot (hate getting gouged by the local store owners to park at their lots) but Wrigley is perfectly located where it's at. Surrounded by bars and clubs and just a few minutes from the lake and downtown.
They actually have a pretty nice remodeling plan with new score boards and new grandstands for the bleachers and the city even caved in a bit, but it's the rooftop owners that are complicating the situation a bit.
