I read through a few pages and this is the image i got:

Trader Joes is good.

Black neighborhoods equate "hoods"

Poverty equates black people.

Why cant black people (read: poor people) stay up with the raising rent?

Gentrification is a positive thing.

People dont care about poor people (read: black people) who are "forced" out of their homes.

Both parties lose.

There is no difference between Low-income neighborhoods, black neighborhoods, and "hoods"

Both parties lost

Looks like it received local coverage on the news.
