Jay only been the flash a year longer than barry and is already training him on how to be better like a veteran.
 
So zoom can control the portal between the different Earths? Bad guys get all the fun.
 
So I guess the next ep will be about the new Firestorm?

That ending was something else. I'm in to all of the comic stuff, understand all the sci fi stuff but I can totally understand how casual viewers would be so lost :lol: They just cut to this new Central city. I don't know if it's the future or another Earth. They reintroduce Wells all casually, calling dude the hero and savior f the city. I just couldn't call it.

I had nothing against him with Barry acting all jealous and trustworthy but it was so annoying that he kept calling Barry kid :lol: :smh: He did it the entire ep.
 
Wasn't even aware the second season has started... I'll watch it now and get back to y'all.

barry on suicide watch would be a good episode. oliver has to go visit him and talk him off the ledge. Tell him that if he accepts that him and jay get all the yambs and he doesn't then he can move on in life and be happy. Last season I don't think he even hooked up with his cute Asian girlfriend. Made no sense.

if he jumps off a building he can always change his mind mid way and run back up

At least Iris' dad likes him. Iris can't use the excuse of her parent not approving of him because she can't be honest and tell him she just wants to be friends.

I think the phantom zone is nicer to be in than the friendzone.

Pops just said I don't plan on staying so don't make no plans for me. You don't really need me anymore so lets forget where I was robbed the chance of being your father and that are family is beyond repair. I got a 2nd chance at life with this widower angle and a grown up kid with super powers I don't really have to worry about. I'm gonna move to a city with no metahumans, get all the yambs a cleared name/ex-convict rep can get me, and live life. Deuces

Such a weird character exit. These cw writers need to do more drugs to think of better ideas.
 
If it wasn't on the CW, imo the way to go to really hit some emotional beats and good storytelling would be to have Barry really learn a lesson from passing up his opportunity just cuz he saw his future self shake his head at him.

So after Eddie kills himself, and Ronnie sacrificed himself, later on his dad would've been killed in prison. I feel like that would've been way to go. If not it would've just been hanging over the show forever. Barry's dad dies in prison, maybe a prison riot or attempted escape where he was trying to do the right thing and stop the inmates from killing a guard. Since it's the CW though, I would've threw them a scene where he's on life support and gets to have one last talk with Barry before he dies. Give him some inspirational and motivational message to make Barry start taking this **** more seriously since to me he still hasn't learned his lesson from not saving his mother.

This nonsensical Thawne as Wells confessing in a will video of all things and saying he knows Barry better than he knows himself and his dad being freed won't make him happy but I'll confess to the murder anyway makes no sense. That's made blatantly clear by his dad just leaving, so nothing about their relationship will be followed up other than the odd cameo.
 
You seem to always assume things won't get fleshed out and elaborated on because it doesn't happrn in the timeframe you'd like it to. You can't possibly think Barry's relationship with his dad won't resurface as the season progresses outside of an odd cameo.
 
Seeing Shantel VanSanten makes me miss Gang Related so much, i hate fox for canceling that show after 1st season.  Miss seeing her in those tight dresses hugging her body in that show too
