the rent was at like 2,700 a few day's ago...didnt know it had went up like that

they probably got crazy page traffic and upped the price lmao

of course theres a market for it ....i dont think anyone's questioning the real estate market in new york ...of course its in demand  

theres people that pay 1,200 for yeezy's , doesnt change the fact you can buy a pair of 2 gucci's 2 jordans and 2 nikes 

for the same price . im not calling out the owner of the building...who by the way is probably laughing all the way to thank like kanye west...

im question the logic of the people renting these things

Also European and Japanese brands that have no other stores in the US

. No tax on clothing <$100

. NYC restaurants are also the best on earth. After paying the bill, girl's ***** will be wetter than Niagara

if i had the money to afford that and live decent i dont think i'd do it. rather live a little distance away and put my money elsewhere
 
SF is definitely not worth it. Fewer jobs, less shopping options, everything is on a smaller scale.

Not to mention, The quality of their women is

Weather: AZ, but I prefer colder climates, I'm guessing most like the heat so I gave it to AZ.

Proximity to other worthwhile places: AZ (Cali, Vegas, Mexico, Colorado) trumps (Canada, PA, Atlantic City).


So all things considered, speaking objectively. Having lived in both places. NYC wins by a damn near landslide victory.

Wasn't comparing AZ to NY, they couldn't be more different. I was just pointing out that AZ is a great place to live and that the bonehead that was trying to say AZ is wack, has probably never been there. I love NYC.

Also, Tempe is far from a town full of racist meth heads. You might be thinking of Mesa which is wack as hell.

All I can speak about is my experience, and in my experience and industry, headhunters salivate over hiring someone who has worked in NY relative to someone in a small market.

Now that we're completely off the original topic - I try to avoid sketchy side streets, court and Jail :lol: And you're referring to Price and Apache which is basically Mesa, which I said is wack as hell. Tempe is a racist city because two clowns that obviously attend too many theme parties thought it would be cool to drink watermelon drinks on MLK Day and post it on Insta? Come on man, Tempe is the most diverse city in AZ with all the different races/cultures that come from out of state to attend ASU.

That can be said for anywhere you go, though.  Meth heads are rampant (or atleast were) throughout the Northwest.

Racists live everywhere not just AZ.  Difference is you are living in a smaller town so you see them more often than if you were living in a big city.

I live in Tucson and it is definitely more diverse than it's ever been.  Not saying it is the most diverse but it's decent. 

I will say though, AZ is more of a retirement place but they are trying to change that and trying to attract more young professionals.  If you haven't visited Tucson yet, it's a nice place to check out.  I'd rather liver there over Tempe or Scottsdale.  However, shopping in Scottsdale > Tucson.

I think it ultimately comes down to the type of environment you want for yourself.  I love shopping and the last time I was in NYC, I had a blast walking around from shop to shop on random streets. However, I don't think I could live there permanently.  I would need to see more green landscaping and outdoorsy type stuff.  I get my fix by trying to visit NYC once a year.
 
Where are the black people in AZ? all the blacks there are from outta state.
