That's in the financial district bruh

You're next to everything and have every amenity available to you

if you need larger space, your money will stretch long in every other borough

Ya really missing the point of why this studio is priced so high

who is?

like you said location.............

thats like the most basic concept in relation to real estate

That's in the financial district bruh

You're next to everything and have every amenity available to you

your paying well over $30,000  a year to live inside of a small room in the business district

newark new jersey is 23 minutes away ...location is the most important

factor in real estate but you cant be giving up that much , you're living in a tree house

plus new york city has a world class public transit system , that doesnt necessarily mean location is void but damn

you like 12 minutes from harlem

You might have a hard time explaining that to a young city bachelor who doesn't need much of a living space but likes the luxury of living walking distance from his job or anything else...

In los angeles rent is cheaper plus the city is better

And weather is so gucci u can wear what u want year round

Unless it dips below 60 then u gotta bust out the beanie and northface
seattle , los angeles , chicago , miami , atlanta , etc

theres plenty of cities besides new york that offer

the same amenities ,urbanized living and oppurtunities

if your a young professional...besides maybe the financial sector

i think your buying into the hype

ill never understand the issues that people have with small living situations...

...for some people, myself included, a studio/one bedroom is all a person needs...

unless you have a family, do you need those extra bedrooms? you are only in one room at any given time...if its just a forever aloner or even someone living with their gf/spouse, extra space is a waste

yes rents are high but if a person could afford who gives a ****?...

That's been the price since forever... my boy had a studio ON Astor pl. (Google it)...

$2200 back in'03... more than a decade ago

I'm currently renting my BASEMENT for $1500...

Preppy kids from the suburbs have the jobs that pay good and they got it to give...

New York Times had a article that says new Yorkers rather live in a hot neighborhood and eat ramen noodles than live in the burbs...

I don't blame them..

Nyc got that work

Located at One West Street, the very first address in Manhattan, Ocean stands directly opposite world-famous New York Harbor and historic Battery Park. Featuring a sensational waterfront Esplanade, it is the perfect setting for a leisurely stroll or picnicking on the lush, green grass.Quite simply, Ocean is New York living on a more refined level

You forgot those details in the original post
