The second batch will be 6500 again, according to these CBS and CNN articles, so we're still talking really limited numbers here. It'll probably be even harder to buy this time around because there's going to be (1) fans who missed out on it the first time for whatever reason, (2) fans who got one the first time but want even more, (3) the same resellers from the first batch, (4) new resellers who didn't get in on the action the first time and only now realize that there's good resale value, and (5) maybe even international buyers, assuming Pepsi will ship internationally (Amazon and Wal-Mart did not). Oh, and on top of all that, I'm curious to see how the Pepsi Store servers will hold up that morning. In other words, it's going to be insane. Tons of people will miss out again, and they will still be *****ing, crying, and stomping their little feet.
Yeah man i'm just looking forward to all the crying tweets again, it was really entertaining last night. People were threatening a class action lawsuit. People who claimed to have a business account with Pepsi were threatening to switch to Coke. It was classic, way worse than when a limited shoe releases. The whole time I was thinking to myself "man these people never get into buying shoes"
They have an active petition against Amazon  there were some real disgruntled customers on there.

It was hilarious. I was actually about to fire up the first BTTF movie last night, but I forgot all about it as it was so much more entertaining just scrolling through the #PepsiPerfect posts on Twitter. I mean, forget buying shoes; have these morons never tried to purchase anything  even remotely limited in their lifetimes?

I wonder if self-lacing shoes will become standard within the next few years
I doubt it, too much unnecessary "tech" plus they would have to account for failure to where they would have to offer warranty and service on shoes... seems like a novelty more than anything. Just like the pump.

If they released them in any other way, it would be a smack in the face to the charity. "Nah we don't feel like donating to you this time around"

The history channel has a BTTF special on right now.

Mag segment is coming up after the hoverboard one.

They could release 1 Million pairs for $500 bucks a pop and make way more than an auction. We know they won't but they could make way more for charity if they wanted to.

I'm watching BTTF2 on the Esquire channel, I wish they'd make Griffs baseball bat lol.

If they want to benefit Fox's charity and make us happy, they could just make a million pairs and sell them for 1k each.. They'd sell out instantly and they could raise a ton of money and probably still cake off the release.. :nerd:

Yeah a billion dollars is not too shabby for charity.

I read a post by some soccer mom threatening to cancel her Amazon Prime over this. I was like, come on. You know you're going to come crawling back tomorrow 2-daying some crappy cookbook and that oh-so-very-cute duvet cover for your special little snowflake.

They should've just auctioned off the self lacing pairs today and later released a pair without the tech and lights to the general public that can't afford to spend a couple thousand on a pair of shoes. :smh:

I don't think Nike can release 1 million pairs of anything.

LMFAO!

Someone else posted a meme of Kate that broad that had 6 kids at once with her *****y hair cut and it said.

"Can I please speak to the manager haircut"

Was funny, wish I had the meme.
