WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Not a surprise but at least it is confirmed, Luke Cage comes out 2016.

Netflix & Marvel Television announced today that Cheo Hodari Coker will serve as executive producer and showrunner of the anticipated series, Marvel’s Luke Cage. Coker is writing the first two episodes of the series that will premiere in 2016, everywhere that Netflix is available.

Looks like the Avengers will be running around Audis this time around instead of Acuras.

Hot Toys unleashes life-size ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ statues

If you think Hot Toys’ 1/6th-scale figures are mind-bogglingly — maybe even unnervingly — realistic, you should see the life-size versions.

As part of its “Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron Exhibition,” which tours Asia from April through July, the company is producing full-size statues “that will embody the meticulously crafted details” fans are accustomed to seeing in the collectible figures. Those include replicas of Captain America and Thor that could easily be mistaken for Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth, and entire teams of nearly 10-feet-tall Hulkbusters and 8-feet-tall Ultron Primes.

quick :pimp:

im willing to bet hes getting killed off tho

setting off Wanda's powers and leading to her just eating through that army of Sentries...

Due to F4?

Beyond F4 most people didn't know him. For those who say him in Sunshine (which was amazing) we knew he had the skills and was just not playing the right roles in his film choices.
Wow first person I've seen praise that movie. I didn't like it.

One could even argue this Cap role isn't completely right for Evans. I haven't really seen him in any movie that makes use of all of his talent and skills not that he's all that great of an actor but he really likes to do these sci fi type movies but hasn't found his groove in them.

Yeah, what is the significance of the bleeding part of the name?

It's the next evolution after Extremis. The armor's stored inside of hollow bones and he can mentally command it to come out.
that sounds gross, prob shouldn't have that translated onto the silver screen

I'm not sure if that's where they're gonna go with it but if they do, I'm sure it won't be "gory" and will be very hi-tech looking with the effects they'll use.

This entire armor is kept inside Tony's body until mentally commanded, at which point it manifests itself as the Iron Man Armor. The armor is made up of Nano-Machines that can now be commanded to turn into any type of structure upon Stark's skin. For example, the nano-machines can turn into clothes, other armors, or even different beings completely, by having the nano-machines change their properties into whatever Stark wants them to be. It can also dissociate to transform into the Iron Man armor whenever Stark wishes. The armor and Stark's own transhuman body are powered by the high-yield R.T. node mounted in his chest. The high output of the node has greatly augmented Stark's intelligence and provided him with superhuman-level multitasking and learning capabilities.

Unlike earlier armors, this new armor does not appear to rely on motors and servos for motion. Instead, the nano-machines create a second layer of artificial muscle over Stark's body, upon which additional structures are assembled. This also enables the armor to self-repair and be almost invulnerable, as the armor is capable of transforming and healing itself, by having the constantly replicating nano-machines replace anything that is lost or used, as long as the power output from the arc reactor isn't interrupted or terminated.

I'm probably looking too deep into this, but Tony essentially makes himself all machine with Bleeding Edge, right?

Would love to see it happen in any of the upcoming films.

 One thing that creeped me out/worried me about bleeding edge when I read it was by hollowing out his bones to store the nano machines that'll make the armor, Tony basically got rid of his own bone marrow :x :smh:

Tony can say bye bye to haematopoiesis and new blood cells I guess.

Yeesh, he really didn't think it out did he?

Hope the bleeding edge armor was worth it, idiot.
