Yah not all will work, I am just catering to those who wants all the Marvel properties in one world. They could tease them like a far shot of the news copter and you just see a guy next to a motorcycle with his head on fire? He doesn't have to show up in Civil War but just to show that there are other heroes in the world and they aren't all of a sudden there in Cap 3. Ultron could be a good cause for others to come out of hiding?
 
when the trailer shows Cap back in the 50s entering a room with peggy carter.. flash back or time gem? 
 
I feel like the close up of Ultron was made specifically for the trailer.

He'll probably mesh better with his surroundings and look less Transformers-ish in the finished film.
 
Could that unnamed woman partying with them be Betty Ross recast?

Ultron ends up killing her and that's what causes Hulk to go berserk?

Towards the end of AoU, the Ultron-bots are attacking plenty of different cities and other heroes starts to come out from Marvels vault/property. Luke Cage, Punisher, Ghost Rider, etc... and they just show them taking out some bots? Maybe in a news reel similar to the end of Avengers 1 where, they just show a lot of heroes standing over destroyed bots, small cameos. Even a guy in blue and red spandex with his back turned to the camera (thats for Lame).


Then that leads to Cap3 already leading with lots of heroes and then they can go from there.

As far as Ultron I'm positive his final form hasn't been shown yet. He'll look like the Ultron straight from the comics. Even the comic com footage from 2013 showed the iron man helmet turning into the Ultron head that was exactly from the comics.

In terms of the girl that has yet to be identified in avengers tower, note that Rhodey is there checking out the new digs. Maybe he brought a guest/fellow Air Force pilot... Carol Danvers....
 
JoBlo said way back that there are 3 versions of Ultron in the film and so far seems like everything else they reported has been true but idk
 
I think the dude who plays red skull isn't even interested anymore lol

I don't know what his contractual obligations are
 
Dude has a red face. Any actor with a german accent or who can do one will suffice.
