WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Master Zik Master Zik you can tell IM2 was suppose to be "Demon in a Bottle" but they didn't want to take it there. Tony being drunk at the party and Rhodey taking the iron man suit was the equivalent of Tony being a crazy alcoholic and Rhodey taking over as Iron Man  what they did to Extremis is hard to justify though

@Jay25 great Marvel minds think alike :smokin

That's why I said it wasn't really done or butchered. IM2 is like halfassing Demon in a Bottle in a way where you can say they didn't' even do it especially if the main villain is Whiplash :x :smh:

You gotta at least commit to the story line to **** it up or do it good.

Extremis was just bad execution. I don't think they wanted to get that detailed and technical with it cuz it's way more powerful than lava ppl and in the end it'd make Tony too over powered. He would've been able to defeat Ultron on his own.

I prefer the biggest screen with the best quality over anything.. the problem I've run into is most IMAX showings in my area will only have the 3D version and not a 2D IMAX showing.

I'm cool on IM4. CW and Ragnarok should be the last solo movies for the big three (even though CW is not a solo flick). Speaking of, idk where all this Ragnarok optimism comes from because this Thor film franchise has established itself to be buns and a single installment is not going to salvage anything.

Marvel ain't making no IM4, they're clearly in the phase of exploring other properties. BP CM, Ant-Man sequel, GOTG flourishment, hopefully Inhumans, and of course Homecoming :smokin

calling it now
So I watched this clip; didn't really spoil anything.

But Holland's English accent completely came through when he said "big fan". Trying to remember if Garfield had any slip-ups like that

Just copped solo Saturday matinee tickets just in case my girl wants us to bail on the Friday night showing :D

At this point Marvel should just give RDJ some type of percentage of the movie division and just say "**** it, you gotta show up anytime we call you"

Smh. Just took a peek in this thread out of boredom and I already see reckless posting. I'll see you guys in a week, guys. If I don't die from the wait.

you mean him going down with the ship?
Yep I get that he was running out of time and all that but he's saying there wasn't ANY other option than crashing it into the ocean? And I think cap 1 is ok as a whole, if not for that ending it would better though

Cap ain't too bright, if you didn't know that already

Hence all the people with brains sided with IM

Great movie.

Definitely for mature audience. I still put A1 on top. WS and CW as 2a and 2b.

I can see why some people may put WS over this movie just for the simple fact that WS is easy to follow due to not having 10+ superheroes in it.

All characters felt like they have equal screentime except for IM, Cap and Bucky of course.

The airport scene is cool but i didnt really find it " mind boggling " as some of early reviewers says. I think i need at least 2 more viewings or at least let it digest first.

Spidey was great but BP is INCREDIBLE. Definitiely my favorite part of the movie. Can't wait for the solo films for both.

Going back a few pages, I watched it in imax 3D and it was tough to follow the fight scenes, the camera gets a little shaky (I assume on purpose) so heads up

We'll talk about it in a week fam. I'm trying to go into the film as fresh as possible.

I think it might be time to really unsubscribe. :smh:

To those who have scene it, how do you feel about the ending and how it changes the MCU landscape going forward. Please put in spoiler or PM, of course.

Click at your own risk

To me, there are still two teams but BP is with Cap ( both cap and bucky are in wakanda) as T'challa has been neutral the whole time anyway. They didn't really resolved the problem. Team IM is under sokovia accords so they will probably continue to serve them. Team cap will probably lay low. Last time they were shown was when Cap broke them out of the raft. As for the future of the MCU, while everyone stays low. I think it's the perfect time to add Dr. strange into the mix and build up new heroes/team for infinity war. I may need 2nd viewing to really grasp the whole post-fight situation but thats how i feel at the moment. They will probably come together again after Ragnarok
