WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

Age of Ultron was a good movie besides the Hulk/Widow stuff. People just have crazy high expectations. Movie was A1. Also, it seems like people base their enjoyment of these films based on the villains. Ultron was a little to sarcastic for people. Which I enjoyed. Evil robot is boring. He had a personality

I enjoyed Ultron. Only thing that really bothered me was t was more like Avengers: 3 days of Ultron
Dude should of been causing deaths and no way should iron man and Captain be able to hold there own with him.

Also, it seems like people base their enjoyment of these films based on the villains.

I guess that was my problem. Felt like it was something other than an Avengers movie till the third act. Why have the Avengers assemble if not to take on epic villians. Especially since they're established in the films already. That's why people put so much weight on the villian. QS death bugs me too. Wasn't a bad movie tho. A rewatch for me wouldn't be torture like a BVS rewatch would be. (Shrugs)

It would be dope if Marvel busted out the Sinister six and had all hem dudes battle some of the avengers.

I also want to see an epic Spider-man vs a vulture or goblin fight up in the tall building. I think that would be awesome to see Spidey swinging around

I like how they changed the scope of Civil War from the comics to film. I was afraid it wasn't gonna work.

As far as AoU, if anything was a disappointment it was the fact that Whedon really didn't get to tell the story he wanted to tell, but the seedings are still there. He capitalized on 2 aspects: one being that they are, when all on the same page, earth's mightiest heroes and two that they aren't meant to fight together. They're meant to be the last option and a dysfunctional one at that. All the in fighting between the group, the visions each of them have that caters to their own individual stories...Vision being on screen, period. Hulkbuster, Scarlet Witch, the little bit we got of Quicksilver. All amazing. Yes Ultron was too humanized (The "I was meant to be beautiful" and the "with a little bit of hindsight..." lines are so silly for Ultron to say ) yes Black Widow and Hulk made absolutely NO sense but all that goes away when I think about the Hulkbuster vs Hulk fight. TV ads and trailers diluted something so epic. You've never even seen a fight like that in any of the Transformers films, a film series dedicated to the lore of giant fighting robots. AoU is...a masterpiece.

It's been a few days since I watched Civil War, and I'm craving to watch it again. I'm 3/4 through the Civil War comic book storyline and I can't get enough.

I'm such a sucker for Marvel

Anyone disapointed its not anything like the comic arc, i dont even think they used the phrase mutant registration act in the movie
The MRA had nothing to do with the comic Civil War. It may have been mentioned a handful of times early on when comparing that that act was passed and now the one for all superheroes has passed.
AoU is...a masterpiece.
Geez man, you got a real problem with labelling these movies masterpieces.

AoU is absolutely terrible one of the worse comic book movies ever that garbage gets worse every time i watch it again

I will say this the trailers are edited well, and don't show everything in each trailer. So don't feel if you've seen the trailers it kill's all the action, not at all the fight sence mindblown8)

BIG ACTION BIG GIANT

Don't Expect To See THE DEFENDERS In AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR

During an interview Bad Taste, the Russo brothers spoke about the massive size of the MCU, but remained coy on the subject of the Netflix characters inclusion in the two films:

"The Marvel Universe is sprawling – the Marvel Cinematic Universe is enormous. Just think of all the characters that haven’t been introduced yet that are going to be introduced by the time that we’re working on Infinity War. We have a tough task just telling the stories of the characters who exist [on the big screen] in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, let alone adding the entire Marvel Television universe. Anything is possible in Marvel. It’s certainly something we’re considering. But our focus is on telling the stories of the characters that currently exist on the movie side."

 you of all people should know I'm ahead of the curve. I have a feeling AoU may be looked at differently after Civil War...

Oh I'm expecting it. This was something I've been waiting YEARS for. Early posters in this thread know it. The oh-so awaited lamekilla review will be coming for this movie Thursday night

:rolleyes we're gonna leave out Daredevil and Luke Cage but put in Wonder Man :smh:

I heard from the radio that certain moviehouse(s)in the western part of the world (not sure where exactly, but fairly certain it's in USA) will play a marathon starting from CA: TFA, A1, CA:TWS, AoU, then down to CW. Anyone who can confirm this? 1st time I've heard something like that being done.

There's always marathons. I've seen them do them for everything big. Avengers, X-Men, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Twilight, The Hunger Games, etc. I just can't do it myself. I'm not about to spend an entire day in a movie theatre.

I know AMC is doing a Cap marathon no haven't seen one with the Avengers movies added in. But theaters do this a lot.

We don't have that here in PH. I made a quick research, so that costs $65 and 29hours of marvel movies, not just from captain america. Can't imagine someone doing all that when there are other options to watch all those.

SMH, somehow someone overseas posted the ENTIRE movie on FB [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128529[/emoji]

just watched the bootleg, what a movie, thats all imma say

Ant-man, Spider man, and Black Panther were the real stars

equal balance with all the heroes. The last fight scene with Tonyvs Bucky/Steve is heart wrenching, its scary to see that this is what its come down to

the airport scene is one big comic book splash page, the action was all over the place, everyone had their moment to shine.

CANT WAIT TO SEE IT IN THEATERS
