WELCOME TO THE MARVEL MULTIVERSE -*RIP STAN LEE & Boseman* - XMEN97 release 3/20

There is nothing wrong with gotham.... even. Before the kd from shamless who plays Jerome

This show is bad man, I don't see how ya'll do it.

And a proper Doom would be nice, not one that looks like the monopoly thimble with christmas lights underneath.

Don't remember his name being associated with Dr. Strange during the casting. It was Benedict, Joaquin and Keanu :smile:lol).

I remember there was a big scream of joy here about him being part of the MCU and as the Docs villain, not as the Doc himself.

Ejofor is Baron Mordo so I was thinking he'd be Dormammu.

Snipes is still campaigning for it. Last rumor was a female Blade movie in the talks to coincide with the new comics I guess?

Welp, it looks like the rumor of F4 returning to Marvel has been debunked by Fox themselves.
20[sup]th[/sup] Century Fox has confirmed to ComicBook.com that the film rights to the Fantastic Four remain at the studio, despite rumors to the contrary.

The rumors followed yesterday’s announcement that two X-Men television pilots were being developed for Fox networks as a co-production between Fox Television and Marvel Television. The rumors implied that the Fantastic Four rights were traded to Marvel in exchange for the X-Men’s television rights. The rumor went on to suggest that one of Marvel Studios’ recently announced, but still untitled, 2020 films would be a new Fantastic Four film.

The rumor was flawed to begin with. The X-Men television rights have rested at Fox for years already, so no trade was necessary, and the deal to bring the X-Men to television has been in the works since well before the Fantastic Four’s most recent box office disappointment. Transferring rights would also be a much more involved process than simply “trading” one for another, as rights arrangements such as the Fantastic Four’s usually involve hundreds of legal document pages and a similar number of characters, both formally listed and implied. Finally, Marvel Studios and Marvel Television are two separate entities within the larger Disney Corporation, so it is possible that Marvel Studios had no active involvement in the X-Men television deal.

As of now, Fox still plans to release a sequel to Fantastic Four. See when that movie and other movies are coming out in ComicBook.com's Movie Release Schedule.

man that sucks. Having F4 back would be cool, but having Surfer, Galactus, Doom, Kang, etc back would have been even better for the future of the MCU. They have enough heroes, they need more villains if they are going to keep dying off every movie.

honestly i take this with a grain of salt.

Sony denied to the end that Spider-Man was going back to Marvel and look how that turned out..

with the failure that F4 was, id say its gonna happen.. eventually...

Spidey isn't going back to Marvel, they are sharing. And the Sony situation was completely different, it was the hack and a bunch of stupid stuff. Sony Spidey franchise is still very, very profitable, they just expected too much. In comparison to the F4 and even XMen franchise, Sonys Spidey is way ahead in profits and it's not even close. Yest Spidey still ended up being shared with Marvel.

I'm really not surprised with this news, while F4 is a failure, Fox Studios are banking it in the film industry. They set the Box Office record for last year with $5.5 billion and they are killing it this year. So they can swing that loss while looking forward to it being crossed with XMen and making bank when it finally happens.

Fox still got plenty of places to go, Deadpool, Gambit, XForce, Cable, etc... While Sony was stuck with Spidey and his villains and DC beat them out of a villain oriented film. Hell Sony was even proposing an Aunt May film.

It kinda sucks.
You establish Jim Gordon as your moral center of Season 1 and then have him commit murder for his benefit in the very first episode of Season 2. Yea you're right there is nothing wrong with Gotham. :rolleyes
Oh **** for real?

I stopped watching in S1 like halfway through.

The way the thread jumped from the rumor opened my eyes

I can see the thirst

Almost as bad as it was for Spider-Man

FF could be easily flourishing GotG style or better if it was handled with any degree of competence smh
